What is Game Waffle about?
Game Waffle is about games design and the games design industry.
It is not about fanboys and fangirls.
It is not about console wars.
It is not about comparing the sizes of your hard drives.
It is not about polycounts or framerates, chips, bits or tech specs.
It is about design.
Who are we?
We are a bunch of students studying Computer Games Design in the UK.
We don't pretend to know everything about games design, but we do know that there is a lack of serious computer games design debate on the internet. There are plenty of forums where you can get into the repetitive, age-old gamer debates and dev-discussions - but where are the people talking about games for the sake of design? We couldn't find them.
That's why we started Game Waffle.
Also, we'd had a few pints...

I always seem to have a million projects on the go, including coding, my site (Widgie World), ActionScripting, Flash game design...it never ends.
